Tom believes that the best work comes out of a passion for what one does - and Tom loves what he does. He is dedicated to customer service and firmly believes that one must listen well to effectively meet the needs of the seller or buyer. This is modeled among the staff of Rhodes Real Estate by effective communication and teamwork.

Tom welcomes anyone who wants to either buy or sell in the Dallas neighborhoods--first time home buyers as well as those who have lived here all their lives, as he has.

Last year, he sold an average of one house every 2.2 days.

Tom's History in Real Estate:
Tom has been working in the Park Cities & other Dallas neighborhoods for over 32 years. During that time he has closed over 2350 transactions, selling a total of over $1 billion in houses and properties.

Tom is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)--a feat accomplished by less than 1% of all brokers. In addition, he has been the top producer for each company he's worked with, and has been consistently recognized over the last decade as one of the "Top 10 Realtors in Dallas County." Tom is also listed in Who's Who in Residential Real Estate and serves on the Professional Standards Committee for the Metro-Tex Board of Realtors.

Growing up in the Park Cities is one thing, growing up in a family where residential real estate was discussed every night at the dinner table is quite another. As a third generation Park Cities resident, Burton has extensive knowledge of the Park Cities and surrounding areas. He understands the market, knows first hand the value of providing superior customer service, and delivers the high standard demanded by clients in this area.

Burton is a graduate from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and has been in the real estate industry since 1999. In 2004, Burton was named by D Magazine as one of the Best Residential Realtors in Dallas - Up and Comers.  Subsequently, D Magazine has named Burton as one of the Best Real Estate Agent in Dallas in 2005, 2006, & 2007.

Multi-Family

Burton also has extensive knowledge in the multi-family market in and around Dallas. As an agent who owns and manages several units in the Dallas area personally, he has helped many new and experienced investors purchase investments that will realistically obtain their financial goals. Since Burton created our "in-house" multi-family analysis software, he has a thorough understanding of how each investment will affect his client's bottom line.

Neil has been working with Tom since 2002 and has been selling everything from M-Street Tudors, to historical Swiss Avenue homes, to Lakewood new construction, to multi-family investment properties. Having graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. and having earned a Master's Degree in Sports Management, Neil brings an exceptional educational and business sense to Rhodes Real Estate.

With a background in sales for one of the largest sports marketing companies in the country, Neil is able stay ahead of the market, deliver professional service, and negotiate tough deals for his clients.

In 2004, Neil was named by D Magazine as one of the Best Residential Realtors in Dallas - Up and Comers. He loves living and working in the Lakewood area and enjoys active sports and jogging with his dog, Zeke.

When you grow up with Tom Rhodes as your father, it is difficult not to be passionate about real estate – and Thomas is passionate about real estate. Having grown up in the Park Cities, Thomas understands the Park Cities’ real estate market and the surrounding areas. Thomas also brings to his clients a breadth of real estate knowledge including retail real estate leasing, distressed debt, and residential investment sales. His action-oriented and disciplined approach to real estate helps provide his clients with superior customer service and timely market knowledge.

Thomas graduated from Highland Park High School in 1996, and he also graduated with Academic Honors and Distinction from the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Virginia, where he received his B.A. in Economics and Business.

Thomas is married to his beautiful wife - Molly, and they are members at Watermark Community Church. When he is not working he enjoys attending Bible study, and spending time with Molly and their Boxer puppy - Lilly.

A fifth generation Dallasite, Dan grew up in the Park Cities in an actively involved real estate family. Dan attended Washington and Lee University, graduating in 1994, and obtained his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin in 1998. Areas of specialization include Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Devonshire, and Bluffview.

With a background in professional services and project management, Dan brings attention to detail, organization, and experienced customer service to his clients. He is committed to long-term client relationships, achieved through his philosophy of open and honest communication and a responsible and confident representation in each transaction.

During his off hours, Dan loves spending time with his family and enjoying his passion for hunting and fishing.
